The Terror of Riltar
"Someone has to fight the darkness. It's as simple as that. And we're sure as fuck aren't going to do it by sitting with our thumbs up our asses." – Saint Cuthbert, Leader of the Inquisition
Rumors swell and churn about the gathering of religious forces and competent sellswords somewhere within Riltar. While the public has little to know idea just what the mysterious 'Judges' are, the sellsword have a far better idea. Saint Cuthbert of Abadar himself has begun to wander Riltar, approaching Guild Houses and placing, for the first time ever, a permenant order within the house. The parchment is in itself very simple, but the emblem seared into it carries great weight:
'Join the Inquisition. Covens are forming. The trolls are gathering. The packs of werebeasts are growing stronger. Riltar will not survive if we do not organize ourselves into one noble cause. If it's not honor you seek, then 1,000 platinum for those that swear their allegiance to the cause. Come and find us; save all of Riltar.' Beneath this simple text is a burned insignia of a blade surrounded by a circle, with 9 points along the edge of it. Many historians note that this is an ancient symbol, only seen in times of great strife and fear.
